My parents previously had an ex-on-digital set top box. It was OK, but they later ended up with a Sony set top box which surprised them by getting better reception, being faster at switching between channels and so on.<BR/><BR/>The frustrating thing is it's impossible to know which products are good and which are bad before buying them. It's not just a case of buying different brands or more expensive products - they often use the same chipsets anyway!<BR/><BR/>Anyway, back to the topic. My parents also have a cheapo SCART switcher, from Argos. Argos don't seem to stock that particular one any more, but I can tell you it's pretty cheap looking, and works OK.<BR/><BR/>I can get you an exact part number on that set top box if you want, but with a lot of these things models get replaced every few years so I have no idea if you'll be able to find one.Michaelhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/02185891669003865438noreply@blogger.com
